Ceviche is a seafood fine-dining restaurant in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Ceviche offers exclusive seafood dishes that aren’t available anywhere else, they specialize in lobster, clam, fillet, salmon, and soup dishes.
Ceviche brings so much to the table, everything is made with love and organic ingredients. Chefs at Ceviche take pride in their work, and enjoy serving food with delight.
Branding for Ceviche
Each logo for Ceviche varies, since they are so diverse with their branding.
With Ceviche being a seafood fine-dining restaurant, the fish icon is only fitting.
The logo can be easily recognized as Ceviche’s Signature fish without adding the text underneath it.
I wanted to give Ceviche’s branding the feel of a Japanese Seafood Market stand.
Adding these colours and fonts together is what makes Ceviche more nautical, and inviting, while not doing too much.
Ceviche’s Menu Design
This is the menu’s cover page. It shows the signature fish with the logo.
Each page of the menu stays true to Ceviche’s colours. I added the wavy background to make sure it was still staying nautical but modern enough.
The next page of the menu shows the entree’s. Ceviche’s menu changes weekly with new dishes, and entrees.
Here we have the drink menu Ceviche offers, this is not all the drinks as Ceviche is known to have multiple wines available for you to sample, and try.
This is the landing page that Ceviche provides when you enter their website.
It has all the navigation the user might need, including their new feature by booking a table.
Ceviche’s Website Design
The next section of the website showcases the special dishes Ceviche offers on a weekly basis.
Scrolling down, users are greeted with an about our team, explaining what chefs love to do at Ceviche: cook excellent dishes. You can also view the menu.
Scrolling down more is a section on Reviews. Ceviche strives on positive feedback, but not everything can be rainbows and butterflies. They rather be informed on their service so they can easily improve.
Ceviche wants the user to be able to experience fine dining the way it should be, by inviting them to book a table ahead of time.
Lastly, we have the footer. This contains another book a table button.
We have the main logo featuring social buttons that Ceviche provides.
Including the contact information, and location where Ceviche has located to.
Ceviche’s Mobile App Design
This is what the user is greeted by when they either sign up, or log in with the mobile app.
The screen updates depending on the time of the day, and what brunch, lunch, and dinner options they offer.
The reason Ceviche has a mobile app is because Ceviche offers a food delivery service to those who can’t book a table in time, or are far from the restaurant.
This app updates weekly with new dishes, and includes exclusive deals on dishes that you can’t get anywhere else.
